"Soul of the Sand" features an amalgamate creature made of natural objects found on Montrose Beach in Chicago including crab legs, leaves, stones, and shells superimposed over a young girl's interactions with said beach. Incorporating spoken remixed philosophical text, this piece focuses on the structure of the beach as a grounds for the washed up remains of organisms.
